What's the Difference Between a Deluxe and a Rally Special?
Rally Specials - Our most economical pads, made from B grade sheepskins used in automotive seatcovers, varied density, may have seams, sheared to 1" loft. Dyed in a variety of colors.
Deluxe - Made from A grade premium hides sheared to 1", these have uniform density and no seams, also dyed in a variety of colors.

What are your Shipping Policies?
We ship priority postal, average delivery time is 3-5 days to the US.
Express mail is two-day, unless you live in a rural area and then it takes 3.
We ship express mail same day unless it comes in after the mail has run, then it goes out the next day.
We try to ship everything else same day but sometimes that is not possible because we are human.
If you order on a Saturday night, your order will not leave until Monday.
The post office does not process on Sundays.
We ship overseas. Average delivery is 5-10 days unless customs gets attached to it.
We cannot control customs (for overseas packages) and also will not state that the package is a "gift" or pay your customs charges.
To estimate shipping overseas, fill in an order-the shopping cart will calculate based upon weight and postal code.
You do not have to submit the order to find out shipping, you just need to go past the first page.
We ship to APO's.

Can my Buttpad get wet?
Yes it can. Don't worry too much about it getting wet. Don't put it on if you're heading out in a torrential downpour (the reason for the quick release strap), but don't bother to stop and take it off if it rains either.

What happens if it does get soaked?
Remove the pad via its quick releases, shake it violently, blot with a towel and you're good to go. You can lay it flat to continue drying. Water will not hurt the pad. **Never use heat to dry it.**

Can you clean them?
It can be washed in baby shampoo, cool water, cool rinse, shake vigorously and blot dry, tumble on AIR
- AND REMEMBER, NO HEAT!

Is there gel in a Buttpad?
Buttpads do not have any gel or synthetic padding. We do sell sheepskin gel pads, but we do not make them so we can't offer the same sizes and shapes in a sheepskin motorcycle gel pad as we do in our Buttpads.
