Alaska Leather maintains a firm commitment to your privacy. For the security of your personal information, we utilize standard SSL encryption when accepting your credit card information during your online ordering process and all online orders are placed through a secure server.

We do not keep any records of customer credit card information.

We share other personal information, and only that information which is absolutely necessary, with those third parties that are involved in the processing or shipping of your order. This includes the financial institution that processes your credit card and the shipping carrier that delivers your order. We do not sell, rent or trade any customer information.

We do not release your personal data to anyone else.

Shipping Policy

We ship priority postal, average delivery time is 3-5 days to the US.
Express mail is two-day, unless you live in a rural area and then it takes 3.

We ship express mail same day unless it comes in after the mail has run, then it goes out the next day.
We try to ship everything else same day but sometimes that is not possible because we are human.

If you order on a Saturday night, your order will not leave until Monday.
The post office does not process on Sundays.

We ship overseas. Average delivery is 5-10 days unless customs gets attached to it.
We cannot control customs (for overseas packages) and also will not state that the package is a "gift" or pay your customs charges.

To estimate shipping overseas, fill in an order-the shopping cart will calculate based upon weight and postal code.
You do not have to submit the order to find out shipping, you just need to go past the first page.

We ship to APO's. If you have a problem or question, call 877-562-2324 or 907-562-2324; we are open 7 days a week. Sometimes we don't get to email until late evening.

Return Policy

Alaska Leather has a 30-Day Return Policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have 30 days to return it. You must call us to obtain a return authorization number and once the product is returned, as long as it arrives in the same new condition along with all the packing material and accessories that it was originally shipped with, you will receive a full refund LESS THE COST OF SHIPPING and Insurance where applicable.
Customers must pay their own return shipping fees.
